How the Foundry works.
The Foundry exists to commercialize the research and operational insight that flows out of ARI and the broader ecosystem — and to ship it as hardened, deployable platform technology through Sentrais.
The model is intentionally decoupled: Foundation funds and convenes, ARI researches and trains, Foundry commercializes, and Sentrais operates. Each tier compounds the next, and no tier is a bottleneck on the others.
